This Judges Order has been filed by the applicant (Yash Prasanna Patil) seeking to withdraw the amounts lying with the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay in the sum of Rs.6,07,674/-. This Judges Order is necessitated in view of the fact that the applicant has now turned major on 22nd May, 2019. Originally, the father of the applicant (the Petitioner in Miscellaneous Petition No.18 of 2004) had filed the above Miscellaneous Petition inter alia to appoint some fit and proper person as an guardian-ad-litem of the minor respondent for the purpose of this Petition. A prayer was also sought that the petitioner be appointed as a guardian (without security) of the undivided share, right, title and interest of the minor respondents in the said property Pg 1 of 2

9.jo.136.2019.doc described in Exh "C" to the Miscellaneous Petition. By an order dated 17th February, 2005, this Court passed an order whereby the purchasers of the said property were directed to deposit the amounts with the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay to the credit of each of the minors and the Accounts Officer was directed to invest the said amounts in Nabard Bonds or RBI bonds together with interest accumulated thereon from time to time. It was further ordered that the Accounts Officer will hold the said certificate of Nabard till further orders from this Court. According to the applicant, the Accounts Officer has issued a certificate of credit balance dated 6th July, 2019 indicating that the sum of Rs.6,07,674/- is to the credit of the applicant (Yash Prasanna Patil). It is in these circumstances that the present Judges Order has been filed.

Considering these facts, the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay, is directed to handover the FDR in the sum of Rs.6,07,674/- to the applicant (Yash Prasanna Patil) as well as the cash balance as shown in the certificate of balance bearing No. A- Sr.No.4395 dated 6th July, 2019, Cause No.14972, Ledger No. 48. Judges Order is also accordingly separately signed and disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
