Learned Counsel for the Respondent hands over six cheques aggregating to Rs.5,50,860/- and payable respectively from 6 October 2015 to 6 March 2016. The Petition is disposed of by the following order: (i) The Petitioner's claim in the petition stands fully satisfied in terms of the payments made as above. In the event of any of these cheques being dishonoured, the Petition shall stand revived and admitted without any further reference to this Court. The returnable date, in that case, shall be assigned at the expiry of six weeks from the date of the default. The Petition shall thereupon be advertised in two local newspapers, viz. "Free Press Journal" (in English) and "NavShakti" (in Marathi), and also in Maharashtra Government Gazette.

Any delay in publication of the advertisement in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, and any resultant inadequacy of the notice shall not invalidate such advertisement or notice and shall not constitute non-compliance with this direction or with the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. The Petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.

towards the publication charges, within a period of two weeks from today, with intimation to the Company Registrar. After the advertisements are issued, the balance, if any, shall be refunded to the Petitioners. A copy of this order shall forthwith be served on the Company by hand delivery and by Registered Post AD by the Advocate for the Petitioner.
