The counsel state that in view of the order dated 1st March 2019 read with order dated 14th March 2019 in commercial arbitration application (lodging) no.53 of 2019, the dispute in this suit has been referred to arbitration. The counsel also state that in the order of 1st March 2019 all interim orders were directed to be kept alive until the sole Arbitrator hears all interim applications whether by means of motions or a substantive petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration Act.
