After the misc. petition is heard at some length, it is agreed between the parties that Schedule of the property of the deceased in Testamentary Petition No.998 of 2009 of 2014 shall be amended so as to reflect 1/7th share of the deceased in the property described in the original Schedule and not the whole property. The amendments to be carried out within two weeks. The Misc. Petition is disposed of.
