Perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) That the order dated 10th June, 2015 dismissing the above Suit No. 108 of 2014 be set aside.

(b) That the Suit No. 108 of 2014 be restored to file of this Court and the same may be heard on merits".

The Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of. 3.

Place the Suit on 23rd July, 2015.
