The appeal preferred by the appellant has been dismissed for non removal of office objections by an order of the learned Prothonotary by Rajeshwari Subodh Karve Date:

The applicant has set out reasons in the affidavit in support of notice of motion as to why he could not remove office objections within time. Hence, a case is made out for restoration. Accordingly, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to the

If office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the order of rejection shall stand. If office objections are removed, the appeal shall be listed for admission as per the CMIS date .
