Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. As far as prayer (b) is concerned, it is beyond the scope of the main petition. As far as prayer (a) is concerned, grant of the said prayer will amount to virtually granting final relief in the petition which in the facts and circumstances of the case cannot be granted.

The learned counsel for the

Considering the pendency of very old writ petitions, as of today priority cannot be given to the hearing of the petition of the year 2015. Notice of Motion is rejected.
