Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the learned counsel appearing for the first to third respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. The prayer for amendment made in this chamber summons is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the first to third respondents. 2.

After having perused the controversy involved in the petition and the proposed amendment, we find that the amendment deserves to be allowed, especially when the petition is at pre-admission stage. The first

Accordingly, chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date this order is uploaded.

Reply to the amended petition shall be filed by the first to third respondents as well as by the fourth respondents on or before 11th January 2019. Place the petition on 18th January 2019 under the caption of fresh admission.
