The company appeal, which arose out of a final order passed by the Company Law Board in a company petition, has been dismissed by an order passed by this court on 29 September 2016. The interim application, therefore, does not survive. It is made clear that this court has not applied its mind to the reliefs claimed in the company application. Learned Counsel for the Appellants states that he has filed a fresh petition before the National Company Law Tribunal where he shall make an application for interim reliefs. In any event, this court has not applied its mind to the interim application and the application, as and when

In view of the disposal of the appeal, even the other company application, namely, Company Application No.30/2012, does not survive and the same is disposed of.
