Kavita Solunke affirmed on 10.12.2015.

The counsel for the plaintiffs and the counsel for the defendants suggest the name of Shri Shailesh Shah, Senior Advocate to be appointed as sole Arbitrator. Accordingly, by consent, Shri Shailesh Shah is appointed as sole Arbitrator to decide all disputes between the parties which is the subject matter in the suit. KJ
