By filing this Petition, the petitioner has alleged inaction on the part of the respondents - Corporation in not paying heed to the complaints made by the petitioner against illegal and unauthorised construction raised at Remedious Chawl situate at Plot No. 79, L.B.S.Marg, Kurla (West), Mumbai 400 070. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is to dispose of this Petition by directing the respondents - Corporation to consider the petitioner's 1/2

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon the merits of the matter, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing the respondents - Corporation to consider the petitioner's complaint and take appropriate action/steps on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Writ Petition is disposed of.
