Heard. By this application, the Applicant is seeking permission to join him as party Respondent No.6 in the Writ Petition.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that they have no objection to allow the present application in terms of prayer clause (a).

Hence, by consent of the Applicant and the Petitioners, the following order is passed:

a.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order thereby adding the Applicant as party Respondent No.6 in Writ Petition (Ld) No.11543 of 2021 in the interest of justice;"

b.

The Petitioners to carry out amendment in the Writ Petition, during the course of the day.

c.

The Petitioners are directed to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition on the Respondents including added Respondent on or before 13.08.2021 and file an Affidavit of Service to that effect. d.

Reply, if any, shall be filed on or before 17.08.2021.

e.

Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed on or before 18.08.2021, with copy to other side.

f.

Both the Writ Petitions to come up on board on 24.08.2021.

g.

It is made clear that the occupants of the building to occupy their tenements at their risk, as recorded by this court in order dated 27.05.2021, particularly in para 6 thereof.
