In the circumstances, we dispose of the Petition by directing the Chief OfÏcer of MBRRB to decide the Petitioner's representation made through his Advocate dated 3rd January, 2020, expeditiously and in any event within eight weeks from today.

In view of the disposal of the Petition, Interim Application No. 1706 of 2021 does not survive and to stand disposed of.
