By this report, the learned Official Liquidator seeks directions against all the Ex-Directors to appear in the office of the Official Liquidator to provide complete details of the company (in liquidation) and permission to permit the Official Liquidator to file criminal complaint under section 454(4) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 132 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. I have perused the averments made by the Official Liquidator in the report and have heard the learned Official Liquidator. It is submitted by the 1/2

9-olr228-16 learned Official Liquidator that after 7th December, 2015, the ExDirectors Kavi Ranchor Jumani has not appeared before the learned Official Liquidator though several notices are served upon him and and has not filed statement of affairs and as a result thereof, the learned Official Liquidator is unable to file the preliminary report under section 454 of the Companies Act, 1956.

It is clear that inspite of various notices issued by the learned Official Liquidator to the Ex-Director Kavi Ranchor Jumani, he is not co-operating with the learned Official Liquidator and has not filed statement of affairs. The case is made out for grant of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the Official Liquidator's Report. It is accordingly granted. No order as to costs.

The Official Liquidator's Report is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
