The Petitioner is absent. His Advocate filed a Chamber Order for discharge and that has been allowed on 19th December 2019. That Chamber Order notes that the Petitioner and its director, one Yatin Patwardhan, were given specific notice of the proposed or intended discharge. Clearly it was for Patwardhan or some other duly authorised representative of the Petitioner company to take the necessary steps to engage fresh representation or at a minimum to 9th January 2020
911-ARBP1341-14+.DOC remain present in Court when the matter is listed. The Petitioner and Patwardhan have done nothing.

The Petition is dismissed. All interim orders stand vacated. 3.
Copies of the order of 19th December 2019 and of the present case status are taken on record and marked collectively 'X1' for identification with today's date. The case status shows that the company has not engaged any Advocate after 19th December 2019. 4.
The Respondent's Motion is infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
