The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that the Petitioner is withdrawing the Contempt Petition with liberty to take out a fresh Contempt Petition depending upon the outcome of the Review Petition which is being filed in Writ Petition No.3818 of 2018 seeking review of order dated 13.04.2018 passed by the Learned Single Judge of this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
