The Petitioner's grievance is that the representation fled as earlier as in the year 2021 has not been considered by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai ("MCGM") till date. Considering the limited nature of the prayer in the present Petition, we direct MCGM to decide the representation of the Petitioner, which shall be fled afresh within a period of two weeks from today. The same shall be considered by MCGM by passing a speaking Order after the required inspection is made considering the factual averments made in the representation. The decision based upon the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the 1/2
