After the appeal was heard for sometime, Mr. Anekar sought leave of the court to withdraw the appeal and stated that the changed circumstances appellant will bring it to the notice of the Learned Single Judge and pray for appropriate orders.

Consequently, interim application also stands disposed. If appellant takes out any such application, the Learned Single Judge will consider the same in accordance with law on its own merits.
