They have stated that the Consent Terms have been signed by them of their own free will and without any coercion. The Consent Terms have also been signed by the respective Advocates for the parties. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Learned Counsel for both the parties submit that the present Notice of Motion and Caveat may be disposed in terms of the Consent Terms. 4.

In light of this, the Notice of Motion and Caveat are disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
