4th OCTOBER 2017 PC:- Mr. Gade, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that after the writ petition was filed, the petitioners have filed a suit against the concerned respondents. It is stated that the petitioners desire to withdraw the writ petition in view of the subsequent development but permission may kindly be granted to the petitioners to raise the issues that are raised in this writ petition, before the Civil Court.
The request made on behalf of the petitioners is just and reasonable. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are, however, kept open.
