It appears that the plaintiff Messrs Harshil Textiles is not interested to pursue these proceedings. Even on some earlier occasions the plaintiff was not represented. Accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.

In view of disposal of the execution application, chamber summons No.187 of 2013 and notice of motion (l.) No. 497 of 2019 would not survive and stand disposed of accordingly.
