The learned Advocates for the parties state that the Suit has been amicably settled out of court. The defendant has submitted to a decree on terms and conditions set out in the consent terms singed by the plaintiff and the defendant. 3.

Parties have tendered consent terms. Defendant is located at Gurugram in Haryana. He is unable to attend court since he is unwell. He is present on this virtual hearing and has identified his signature on the consent terms. He is also identified by the Advocate for the defendant.

In view thereof, I pass the following order :- (i) There will be a decree in terms of the Consent Terms dated 17 th June 2022, which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

(ii) The undertakings of the defendant, which have been brought to his notice during hearing, are accepted.

(iii) Suit is disposed in terms of the consent terms. (iv) Refund of court fees per rules.

(v) In view of the disposal of the Suit, pending interim application/s, if any, stand disposed.
