Learned counsel for the petitioner places on record a copy of the communication dated 24.10.2018 of the learned

RNG 2/2 5.294.18 prospective learned arbitrator enclosing therewith a disclosure statement under section 11 (8) read with 12 (1) of the Act. The said communication along with the disclosure statement is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
