This is a petition fled under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 whereby the petitioner has prayed for extension of time to enable the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the arbitral proceedings and publish an award. It is submitted that, petitioner's evidence is over and last witness of the respondents would be examined.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner who also make a statement that the respondent does not have any objection to extend the mandate of the arbitral Tribunal to make an award. 3.

The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and publish an award is required to be extended for six months. Accordingly, the petition is granted in terms of prayer clause (a). Ordered accordingly. 4.

Disposed of. No costs.
