The Testamentary Suit is settled. Parties have drawn up Consent Terms, and these are tendered. The Petition is for Letters of Administration with Will annexed. The Testamentary Suit itself is not being pressed i.e. the Plaintiff is not pressing for proof of the of Will in its solemn form or for Letters of Administration. The parties are agreed on the size of the estate and its distribution amongst them as set out in the Consent Terms. This, they say, will resolve all disputes between them in regard to the estate of their father. The Consent Terms are accordingly, on this basis taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date. The 28th March 2018

The Testamentary Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. The drawn up order is dispensed with. Refund of Court fees in accordance with the Rules. It is clarified that no grant is to be issued on the Testamentary Suit.
