This is an application by the Plaintiff firm for recall of an order of 6th June 2016 for restoration of the Suit. The Suit was dismissed for non-prosecution. It seems that the Official Assignee was appointed of the estate and effects of the proprietorship firm. He has by his letter dated 19th January 2017 stated that the public and private examinations of the insolvents are closed and for those and other reasons has requested Mr Vivek V Patil to appear in this Suit and keep the Official Assignee informed. 20th January 2017
