The present Notice of Motion seeks recall of a self-operative rejection order passed under Rule 435 of the High Court, Original Side Rules for non-compliance with the office objections. There is a short delay in taking out the present Notice of Motion. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the delay is condoned and the self-operative rejection order dated 9 December 2017 is set aside and recalled. The Petitioner shall comply with all the office objections within a period of three weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand rejected without reference to this Court. Notice of Motion is disposed of accordingly.
