Since last five or six months parties have been taking adjournment on the ground that the settlement talks are going on. The pleadings in the matter are also completed. The ad-interim order has been in force for almost 9 years and the order of the Company Law Board has been operating for more than 9 years. Nothing new has also been brought on record to show why the situation should be changed. Gauri Gaekwad

The notice of motion accordingly stands disposed. The parties to file their respective affidavit of documents and complete discovery and inspection within two weeks from today. Within one week thereafter the parties to file and exchange their statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial. The suit be listed for issues on 8th August, 2016.
