The parties have arrived at a settlement in the matter. The Opponents have filed an affidavit-cum-undertaking dated 16.09.2019 to pay sum of Rs.1,50,000/- towards full and final settlement and satisfaction of arbitral award in Arbitration Petition No.15 of 2015 dated 28.02.2017. The affidavit-cum-undertaking dated 16.09.2019 is taken on record. The Opponents have in the affidavit-cum-undertaking undertaken to pay the said amount of Rs.1,50,000/- towards full and final settlement and Waghmare 1/2

Upon payment of the sum of Rs.1,50,000/- by 23.09.2019, the Applicant shall furnish receipt for the said sum of Rs.1,50,000/- and mention therein that payment is received by the Applicant from the Opponents in full and final satisfaction of the arbitration award. The Execution Application and Chamber Summons is disposed of subject to the payment of the sum of Rs.1,50,000/- undertaken to be paid by the Opponents to the Applicant by 23.09.2019. (R.I.
