This notice of motion is taken out to stay effect/operation/execution and enforcement of the Award dated 16th May 2015 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator.

The counsel appearing for the petitioner states that they will deposit the principal amount. The petitioner, therefore, is directed to deposit with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court Bombay a sum of Rs.49,54,701/-. The counsel states that they will deposit the amount within Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

In view thereof, the notice of motion is disposed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under :- "(a) That pending the hearing and final disposal of this Arbitration Petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay the effect, operation, execution and enforcement of the Award dated 16 May 2015 passed by the Learned Single Arbitrator which is annexed at Exhibit A to the Arbitration Petition."
