Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The limited grievance made in this Petition is that even though statutory Appeal and Application for stay have been filed by the Petitioner before the Appellate Authority, no orders have been passed by the Appellate Authority, and protection granted to the Petitioner by the first Authority will expire on 4 July 2015.

The learned AGP states across the bar that the Appeal will be decided within eight weeks from today by the Appellate Authority. That assurance is accepted. Till the Appeal is decided, the protection accorded to the Petitioner by the first Authority shall continue. That protection will continue for a further period of two weeks from the date the final order Uday P. Kambli 1/2

2/2 wpl-1869-15.doc passed by the Appellate Authority is served on the Petitioner, to enable the Petitioner to take up the matter before appropriate forum, if the decision of the Appellate Authority is adverse to the Petitioner. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
