The present Application seeks leave to travel overseas to Zimbabwe from 15th June 2022 for a period of four months. The Petitioner has undertaken to return to India on 15th October 2022. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that similar request was made in Interim Application (L) No.17564 of 2022 in Writ Petition No.937 of 2022 and the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had allowed the Petitioner to travel overseas to Zimbabwe from 15th June 2022 for a period of four months.

We have heard learned Advocate for the Respondent-Bank. 4.

In view of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court permitting the Applicant to travel overseas from 15th June 2022 for a period of four months, we follow the same course and pass the following order :

(i) The Petitioner to file an undertaking to return to this country at the end of this period, if not already done;

(ii) The Petitioner to file a detailed itinerary with his contact details and addresses overseas, if not already done;

(iii) The Petitioner must file an undertaking (if not already done) not to apply for renewal or extension of this order until he returns to this country;

(iv) The Petitioner shall disclose on an affidavit his assets, movable as also immovable property to the Prothnotary and Senior Master and the Respondent-Bank.

Interim Application is disposed of.
