The learned counsel for the Respondent No.6 makes a statement that the Petitioner had also challenged the impugned order Megha 1/2
Megha 3_wp_432_2017.doc and claimed the same relief before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee and that the said appeal has already been disposed of. The copy of the said order is placed on record. The said order is marked 'X' for identification. In that view of the matter he submits that the present petition has become infructuous.

In the light of above, nothing survives in the petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
