Mr. R.P. Satam, Senior Officer from Kapol Cooperative Bank Ltd. (the petitioning creditor) is present in Court. He has informed the Court that the bank has by its letter dated 30 July 2012 requested Mr. R.V. Vengurlekar, advocate not to attend to the above proceedings. He has further stated that the petitioner is now represented by an advocate Mr. R.M. Haridas in the above matter. He has also informed the Court that the claim of the bank is satisfied in full and the bank has no claim whatsoever against the insolvent.

Mr. Vengurlekar, advocate is discharged from appearing for the bank and Mr. R.M. Haridas, advocate undertakes to file his vakalatnama within a period of one week from today. The undertaking is accepted.

The Official Assignee shall, therefore, take out appropriate application seeking annulment of the order of adjudication.

The amount of Rs.2000/- deposited shall be refunded by the office of the Official Assignee. 5.

Rule nisi No. 26 of 2014 stands discharged.
