At the outset, Mr.Thakkar, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 raises an objection to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 on the ground that no board resolution has been passed by respondent no.2 for engaging any of the advocate to represent respondent no.2 in this proceedings. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 and 3 states that she would appear only for respondent no.3 and not for respondent no.2 at this stage. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 on instruction states that as on today the respondent do not propose to close the ATMs and if anytime in future proposes to close the operation of the ATMs, 15 days prior notice would be given to the petitioner's advocate. Statement is accepted. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3, no relief as prayed in the petition is required to be considered at this stage. Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
