Pursuant to the order dated 7th June, 2016, the petitioner has already filed affidavit of service. The proclamation was issued by the office. No objection has been raised pursuant to the said proclamation.

By this petition filed under section 2 of the Bombay Regulation Act Viii of 1827, the petitioner seeks issuance of legal heirship certificate in respect of Mr.Anand Paramjit Singh, who died on 31st October, 2013. A copy of the death certificate is annexed. 3.

In paragraph 5 of the petition, it is stated that the said deceased has left behind the petitioner as the only legal heir and representative. The deceased had four elder brothers and one elder 1/2

22-mpt34-16 sister. The father and mother pre-deceased the deceased. There are no next of kin left by the deceased. There are no issues out of the said wedlock between the petitioner and the deceased. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that save and except the petitioner, there are no other heirs and next of kin of the said deceased. The statements made in the petition and by the learned advocate for the petitioner are accepted. No objection has been raised by any party in response to the said proclamation issued by the office on 31st March, 2017.

Miscellaneous Petition No.34 of 2016 is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs. (R.D. DHANUKA, J.) 2/2
