IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

ORDINARY ORIGINAL CIVIL JURISDICTION APPEAL No. 962 OF 2010 IN SUIT No. 1580 OF 2004 Mrs. Sukhriti Maingi ...Appellant Vs.

Mrs. Indrani Chawdhary and Ors.

...Respondents

*********** Mr.A.M. Vernekar a/w. Mr. Samarth Pai for Appellant *********** CORAM : V. M. KANADE & A.R. JOSHI, J.J.

DATE : APRIL 1, 2015 P.C. :

1.

So far as present writ petition is concerned, the Appellant is aggrieved because the prayer clause (b) has not been considered by the Learned Single Judge. From the operative part of the order, it appears that the Learned Single Judge has not granted prayer clause (b) as pressed by the Appellant in this appeal. We are of the view that the keeping the prayer (b) open for clarification from the Learned Single Judge, it would be appropriate if the appeal is disposed of. 2.

Hence, appeal is disposed of. Liberty is granted to move again for restoration of the appeal, if necessary.
