Petitioner has challenged notice of reassessment, the order of reassessment pursuant to such notice as also the recovery notices issued by the Department pursuing to the assessment. When the matter was called out, no one appeared for the Petitioner. From the record, however, we gathered that the Petitioner has also filed appeal against the order of assessment. In view of the fact that the Petitioner has already availed the alternative remedy of the appeal, this petition is not entertained.
