The Official Assignee informs the Court that the only requisition which the insolvent remains to comply with the lodging of the current passport of the insolvent. It is informed by the learned Counsel for the insolvent No.1 that he is unaware of where the passport has been kept and insolvent No.1 is willing to give an undertaking to this Court that in the event the insolvent No.1 travels, he will seek the permission of this Court before so 1/2

7-IRN-1-2018.DOC travelling. Further, he will undertake that in the event an application is made for duplicate passport then that shall be done through the Official Assignee. The undertakings shall be filed within a period of one week from the date of this order. 2.

Subject to this direction, the Rule Nisi No.1 of 2018 is disposed of.
