This application is for permission to withdraw a sum of Ra.1,32,000/-, which was deposited by the Applicant, who was the original Respondent in the company petition.

The company petition was dismissed for default on 8 February 2007. It is agreed between the Applicant and the Petitioning Creditor that the disputes between the parties have already been finally resolved, since the dismissal of the company petition. In the premises, the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the sum of Rs.1,32,000/- deposited by the Applicant in this Court together with accrued interest thereon.

The application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The office to act on the authenticated copy of this order. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
