Since the Petitioner was running a eating house within the area of Applicant - society, the Applicant if not necessary, is a proper party. We, therefore, allow the chamber summons and permit the Applicant to intervene in the petition. The chamber summons is, accordingly, disposed of. The reply of the intervener tendered across the bar is taken on record. 2.
