Mr. Kaushik seeks leave to withdraw the execution application as well as the chamber summons.

Both dismissed as withdrawn.

Wherever warrant has been issued, claimant shall within 72 hours inform the concerned authority/department that the execution applications have been withdrawn and the warrant need not be executed and/or any warrant is executed, the arrestee shall be released forthwith and refund the bail amount, if any, deposited.
