Chamber Summons was heard for some time. Mr, Tamboly sought leave to withdraw chamber summons 1/2
V.B.Gokhale 06-chscd-728-18 in comip-61-18 without prejudice to applicant's rights and contentions in the suit.

Chamber Summons is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.

On or before 03/08/2019 parties shall give inspection of their respective documents to each other, failing which, parties will not be permitted to rely upon such documents, inspection of which has not been given. 4.
On or before 10/08/2019 parties shall exchange statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial, failing which parties shall be deemed to have admitted the existence of documents relied upon by the other side. Stand over to 19/08/2019 for issues, on which date, parties shall come with a list of agreed draft issues and with a separate list of issues on which parties have not been able to agree upon.
