Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered an Undertaking of the Petitioner. It reads as under :- 1.

The Petitioner shall make payment of the sum of Rs.9,00,000/- with further amount of Rs.1,00,000/- aggregating to a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- on or before 15.08.2018 in favour of the Respondent Bank i.e. "Federal Bank Ltd".

In the event the Petitioner is unable to make payment of the said amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs only) on or before 15.08.2018, the Petitioner shall thereafter not apply for any further extension to this Hon'ble Court. 2.

With the consent of learned Counsel for the Respondent - Bank, we accept the Undertaking and dispose of the Petition. (M.S. KARNIK, J.) (A.A. SAYED, J.) 1/1
