Learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs seeks leave to withdraw the suit against Defendant Nos.10A, 10B and 10C. The Consent Terms are taken on record, marked "X" for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted.

The suit is decreed in terms of the Consent Terms against Defendant Nos.1 to 9 and 9A to 9D and 11 to 34. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn against Defendant Nos.10A, 10B and 10C. There shall be no order as to costs. Refund of Court fees in accordance with the applicable Rules. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
