On the last occasion also nobody has appeared for the Caveator. Even today nobody is present for the Caveator. Mr. Amin, counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Therefore, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Refund if any, of court fees in accordance with rules.
