Interim Application No. 1710 of 2021 has been filed by the contempt petitioner to bring on record Ms.Garima Laxmi, officer of Vijaya Bank. Allegedly, she was present in 1/2

12. ia 1710.21 the court on August 21, 2019 and had given an undertaking on behalf of the Bank which was recorded in an order of even date to the effect that all necessary forms and documents for transfer of ownership of the Skoda car put up for auction under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 would be executed and made over to the petitioner. We are informed that Ms. Garima Laxmi has been transferred to Hyderabad and one Mr.Prashant has taken over charge from her. 2.

In such view of the matter, Interim Application No. 1710 of 2021 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to implead Mr.

Prashant as contemnor/ respondent in the contempt petition. Let amendment may be carried out in the cause title of the contempt petition by tomorrow. Additionally, the petitioner is granted liberty to expunge the particulars of respondents no. 2 and 3 from the cause title of the contempt petition.
