The learned counsel for the Petitioners on instruction submits that the Petitioners will approach the Grievance Redressal Committee, Mumbai and as such the Petitions may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Grievance Redressal Committee in regard to their grievances about eligibility and non-inclusion of their names under the scheme. With the aforesaid liberty, the Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.

In case the Petitioners approaches the aforesaid committee, we expect that the Committee shall decide the claims of the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible and shall not raise the point of maintainability.
