At the outset, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he is restricting this petition to prayer clause (c) only. Prayer clause (a) of the petition reads thus : "a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to expedite the hearing of the said Application No. 238 of 2013, pending before the High Power Committee and the same may be heard within the stipulated time frame, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper." 2.
Mr. Milind More, learned counsel for the RespondentSRA, on instructions makes a statement that the High Power Committee is now substituted by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee [for short "the AGRC"] and the Petitioner's said application bearing No. 238 of 2013 would be decided by the said AGRC as patilsr 1 / 2
expeditiously as possible. Statement accepted. 3.
In the light of above, we dispose of this writ petition by directing AGRC to dispose of the Petitioner's application bearing No. 238 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter. All points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. [SMT.
