By this application, the applicant (original petitioner) is seeking amendment of the schedule to the original petition, in terms of Exhibit A filed alongwith the present application.

By an earlier order dated 27.10.2021, this Court had permitted the applicant to carry out the amendment in Exhibit A to the present application. The amendment appears to have been carried out. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amendment is necessary to properly describe the extent of shares of the deceased in the property, as also further details pertaining to the survey number, hissa number, area and rate. It is submitted that as a consequence of the proposed amendment, the total amount at the end of schedule III, would also require changes.

In the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows:

"a) that permission may be granted to amend the Petition for Probate by deleting/adding/replacing the aforesaid items in the Schedule-III as annexed at Exhibit "A" hereto." 6.

The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. 7.
